I had a prenatal massage with Teresa a few months ago and just had a postpartum massage. Both were wonderfully relaxing and healing experiences. Teresa is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in her specialty and makes you feel at ease. I am happy to have found Mayahuel Massage!
Teresa has been my masseuse for years and she is the absolute best! I searched for years to find a consistent therapist and am so happy I found her. She's the person you go to when you want to walk away from your massage feeling loose and relaxed, knowing your money was very well spent!
I was gifted a postnatal massage at Mayahuel from my lovely colleagues and put the certificate to use about 3 weeks after giving birth. I have basically minimal experience with getting massages - the last massage I did was a Thai massage almost a decade ago probably - but I felt that Teresa's postnatal massage was fantastic! She spent about 10 minutes talking to me at first about postnatal self-care and what her postnatal massage is like to make sure I was okay with it.
