I was so impressed with Kleenet (& Bob!) from start-to-finish. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment online, Bob was very communicative in advance of his arrival & he did an incredible job cleaning my couch! I will absolutely use this business again in the future & would recommend it to anyone.
We have used Kleenet for the past 5-6 years for the carpet/rugs/upholstery in our Palo Alto home. The owner, Robert, provides an excellent service at a very reasonable price and the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a more personal experience instead of a faceless company, I strongly recommend Robert and Kleenet. And, note, Robert only uses pet friendly products and our cat, Mr. Bingley, gave Kleenet two paws up.
Bobby is great to work with - he has amazing attention to detail and his business systems are wonderful. He gets the job done in the best way possible. I'm referring his services to everyone I know!
