My company had Caruzo replace three roofs. Each roof has had issues within a year of installation. We have contacted Marco several times about the issues, most recently just a few days ago, and he has been unresponsive. Our issues include incorrect flashing and sloping, leading to leaks and ponding. My clients are now considering legal action as well as filing a complaint with the CSLB.

I had my roof blown off by strong winds in Feb. Caruzo came highly recommended by 2 of my colleagues, so without checking any reviews, I have decided to go with them. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The work was a little rough, and nails went through my ceiling but they rectified it. However after 2 months, my insurance company appointed Servpro to check on the condition and the roof was built while the insulation was still wet. So the roof had to be completely replaced. I went back to Marco and he was on vacation. Despite being frustrated with the situation, I waited till he returned which was about 2 weeks. He returned with a quote which was exactly the same price he did the original roof 2 months ago. I asked about his guarantee on his job, which was advertised but he dodged the question. Don't believe the guarantee on his job. I told him that I cannot pay for 2 roofs as my insurance would not cover 2 roof as his job was one which was not done right. I had even given him moisture reports. If you read through all his reviews, you are going to see that he doesn't do the right thing when things go wrong. He is a really nice guy on the phone but you know if the service is sincere when things go wrong. I have to escalate this as Marco has declined to make things right.

Stay away from this guy I did a roof several years back and each year after I had to spent money with a different contractor to fix it he refused to fix the leaking after just one year after the job and more over told me he knows where I live :)) was that the threat? I don't know but I don't care just don't make mistake like I did
