(MY REVIEW IS FOR THE RIVERSIDE LOCATION- the San Bernardino location cancelled on me twice, and had such low availability, I had to reschedule in Riverside) I had my first appt yesterday and am so glad I did. My Dr. (Colleen but I am forgetting her last name I’m so sorry!) was amazing and listened to everything I said and helped me find solutions that worked for me and my history. She had ideas that could help me initially, then when I shared my history she immediately validated me and offered alternatives. She had so many great ideas and I left feeling very supported. The staff is very informative and knowledgeable. You are greeted with a smile they are kind and energetic. The doctor was very patient listen to your concerns and fully address them. He ask if you have any additional questions.

Today I saw Dr Ashley Stemley. She was very nice and professional. Listened to my concerns and then gave a diagnosis. She had a gentle hand during a procedure. And explained clearly how to use medication.
