My Dr. (Colleen but I am forgetting her last name I’m so sorry!) was amazing and listened to everything I said and helped me find solutions that worked for me and my history. She had ideas that could help me initially, then when I shared my history she immediately validated me and offered alternatives. She had so many great ideas and I left feeling very supported. I have an appt in 2 months to check in on my progress and reevaluate, and I feel confident that no matter how my situation is going, I will be listened to, feel respected, and have an amazing doctor who will help with whatever the next steps may be. “Came into the Loma Linda office a few days ago & had my first facial with the esthetician Lorena. I was really, really nervous as I never had a facial before, but Lorena made me feel really comfortable and was very helpful. I was really nervous because I have acne prone skin & very dry skin & wasn't sure if the facial would affect any of that. Lorena was so helpful she answered all my questions took the time to make me feel secure and really calmed my nerves. She made a customized facial for my skin type, and I left the office glowing! my skin looks so hydrated and refreshed. It's been about a week now & I'm still getting compliments on my skin. They sent me reminders and even called me to remind me of my appointment. The new patient onboarding in particular was very efficient and the physicians assistant who brought me in was helpful and friendly. I ended up having to have a biopsy and the doctor was very quick and gentle. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dermatology whether your concerns are pathological or cosmetic.“
