“(MY REVIEW IS FOR THE RIVERSIDE LOCATION- the San Bernardino location cancelled on me twice, and had such low availability, I had to reschedule in Riverside) I had my first appt yesterday and am so glad I did. My Dr. (Colleen but I am forgetting her last name I’m so sorry!) was amazing and listened to everything I said and helped me find solutions that worked for me and my history. She had ideas that could help me initially, then when I shared my history she immediately validated me and offered alternatives. She had so many great ideas and I left feeling very supported. I have an appt in 2 months to check in on my progress and reevaluate, and I feel confident that no matter how my situation is going, I will be listened to, feel respected, and have an amazing doctor who will help with whatever the next steps may be.
