Mark was the technician who came out to assess my issue. I was having serious backups with water overflowing into my bathtub and toilet. He quickly identified the problem, located a seepage pit I didn’t even know existed, and discovered that tree and plant roots had invaded the drain line connecting my house to the septic system.
Mark and his father, David, returned with a mini excavator and replaced my old clay pipe with new ABS piping, sealing everything with cement. They also installed risers on both my seepage pit and the second compartment of my septic tank, making future maintenance much easier.

Mark is one of the most helpful guys I’ve met. I had a clog in my main line that the plumber wouldn’t come out to look at because they said it was septic and they didn't deal with septic. Mark listened to my problem and was able to put me on the right track to getting it fixed even though it wasn’t under his trade. He fit us in to his schedule last minute and was very accommodating. I plan on having them back out to do our certification soon. Highly recommended.
