We just bought a house in Bermuda Dunes, which the entire community there is on a septic system. We had an issue with the entire house plumbing getting clogged and had not one but two plumbers come out and both were unable to clear the lines. Two days of dealing with these guys, they both ultimately said there's an issue with the septic tank and or collapsed line leading to it. Harold was able to come out the same day I called, he was right on schedule, called when he was on the way, and so friendly! I was super worried there would be issues with my tank because I didn’t know I needed to have it pumped every 3-5 years and it had been 15 since I bought my house! He was so reassuring and kind! Also, Michael was awesome for getting me scheduled promptly and being super friendly as well! I will recommend ASAP to anyone who asks and continue using them every 3-5 years!
