I like Dr. Kim and Hygienists that I have experienced. Front Desk staff are kind + effective; Certainly not "thrilled" nor happy about a few "sub-contract" recommendations to other dentists... BUT other than that minor complaint and MOSTLY recommended; OVERALL: Staff are Kind, Considerate + professionals. I typically ask them the BEST time for THEM/their 'slower times'; They are understanding of insurance process and last few appointments the hygienist ensured a "prior insurance approval" was gained prior to proceeding with hygienist focused 'cleanings'; this office + clinic staff were surprised that my own effective maintenance is most often avoiding sweets plus frequent...read full review

Cal Select Dental Group in San Bernardino is the most pleasant and personable dental group I've ever been a part of. They are very office-friendly and definitely thoughtful toward their patients. I've been going there for about 3 years now, and I moved almost 40 miles further away a little over a year ago, and I still prefer to use them, even after considering a couple of other dental groups that are much closer (i.e., around the corner from me). I would most definitely refer them to anyone I know who asked me for a dentist. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best ever when it comes to quality care!!!

I am extremely embarrassed and super anxious when it comes to the dentist. I was hesitant about my appointment today but from the minute I walked in the door the staff made me feel comfortable. They just genuinely seem to care about their patients. I will definitely be going back here
