From the initial phone call, all staff have been very nice and courteous. I needed my son (6yrs old) to be seen as soon as possible, he had both baby and adult front teeth. The front 2 baby teeth needed to be extracted. I called on Wednesday, got an appt for Thursday (the next day) at 8am. Arrived at the dentist office and there was no waiting! We got called back within 3 minutes. The dentist and her assistant were excellent. After the initial check up the Dr let us know the plan. My boy for his teeth cleaned. Definitely love that my children felt safe as I had all three with me for their appointments. If I could say anything would be maybe the time to explain why each procedure will be done and what all is expected. I learned what all was happening to each son by reading the paperwork gaven to me

We are from Chicago and we were visiting my parents in Grand Terrace when my 2 year old daughter started to have sever tooth pain. I called the office and they were able to accommodate me right away. The dentist, Dr. Vanessa, was very reassuring and gentle with my daughter. Very thankful that the office understands and accommodates emergency situations. Also pretty cheap since we were paying cash.
