Ravi saved my life! I am a grad student, and my MacBook's screen internally cracked during midterm week. It completely ruined the laptop, and half the screen went black. I contacted Ravi for an estimate and he was extremely quick at responding. Aside from that, he did not overcharge me whatsoever and estimate was very reasonable. To make it better, he was able to order the part I needed, fix my laptop, and get it back to me all within 24 hours!!! Other places I contacted gave me a week turnaround, so I'm extremely grateful I found this business.

Ravi came recommended by a few neighbors and had great reviews online. He responded to me within just a few minutes via text. I spilled juice on my laptop and was able to give him my laptop the next day. He let me know of any delays he had. He has great prices compared to the genius bar. He took his time to make sure everything was clean and my laptop is working great now!

Mr Ravi was so kind and fixed a massive crack on my laptop screen within like 30 minutes. It was incredible and he was super friendly and completely honest. He has a lot of knowledge with anything to do with computers and works from home which is extremely admirable.
