This place is BY FAR the best optic/sunglass store Marin has to offer!!!!!! (And it's not even close). The knowledge, kindness, and hospitality of this business, are 2nd to none! I had a pair of RAEN glasses that I had broke and held on too for the past 3 years hoping someone could repair them because the company no longer made this version of them. I had been told by 3 different optic stores that they were, "unrepairable" and to start looking for a new pair. I was just about to finally throw them in the can when I thought I would try one last store, WINK OPTICS! When I arrived I was fully expecting to hear the same thing again, but to my surprise, Frank and Sammy pumped the brakes and said "let us have a look", I had no expectations of them being able to repair them because I had been told it couldn't be done so many times, I just thought I would give it another shot. When I came back into the store and my beauties were sitting right there, looking brand spanking new, I was overcome with so much joy!!!! Smiling ear to ear I couldn't believe it!!! They brought my favorite pair of shades BACK TO LIFE! And to top it off they cleaned and readjusted my other pair while they repaired my old pair. They were so kind, so knowledgeable, and make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. THIS is the type of BUSINESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT! Absolutely LOVE these guys!!!
jenny, patrick and frank are simply the best...lotta hype about other vendors with big names and many storefronts...i started with these people in Mill Valley. with great results...i live in novato so it was a little easier to go to San Anselmo....totally professional, after-sale backup is incredible... I am not the owner's father...you can always choose to go elsewhere but give these people your first look...you will be glad...
Wellll, the experience with Patrick, the extremely skilled and artistic optician(!) was OUTSTANDIING as always!! Patrick really knows how to choose just the right eyeglass frames to fit one's face perfectly!! The other staff was also also extremely kind and altogether fantastic! Dr. Nina Margolis, the optometrist, did an AWESOME, inventive and novel prescription for me with my particular situation! I am very impressed with the outcome of this prescription! I highly recommend Wink Optics !
