Very friendly and personalized attention. My daughter, who was the one who had a piercing, was very happy because with the professionalism they did, she had no pain during or after.
What an amazing experience!!! From the welcoming vibe to the education nomad was so simple and fun! My little girl 5 and I both got piercings, the process was perfect for her, not rushed and she feels so empowered to take care of her new piercings. I can't recommend them enough! Shon is amazing!!!! Best, most fun experience I’ve ever had at a piercing shop. I walked in thinking I would just be getting some replacement jewelry - and walked out feeling a new, made-over woman!
Shon was so incredibly patient with me, and encouraged me to take in the vast variety of gorgeous pieces they have on display. It was so much fun playing around and co-creating a vision together, and I left feeling like my ears were 2 thoughtfully curated pieces of art.
