My daughter is a patient here and she has very high regard for Dr. Frank. Recently I move to San Anselmo. My first appointment yesterday was interesting and fun which is unusual for me as I am very particular about my optometrist. Very informative with a great staff. Thank you!

I appreciate their attention to detail. They offer their customers tea, coffee, water while you wait. They are very kind and have all of the resources!! Dr. Lassa Frank is a great guy. Explains and teaches me how to use and clean my glasses and my contacts. It’s always a pleasure.

Some staff are nice and considerate. They don't take benefit cards and they once did. Negative vibes in the office.. The doctor was nice and I did get decent service. Moving on.
