Illusions is a gem. Bruce takes the time to explain how he cuts and styles your hair and how to style it at home. He and Chi are both friendly and they make a great team when it comes to hair coloring. In addition, their prices are much more reasonable than competitors!

Having recently moved to San Anselmo from the East Coast, I was nervous about finding a new stylist to cut and style my hair. After reading reviews of several salons in the area, I chose to go to Bruce at Illusions. I'm so glad I did! Bruce took the time to really investigate what I wanted in a hair style and he used his artistic vision to give me one of the best haircuts I have ever had.
