A fun environment to work out!!
I found my place! I dislike gyms but really needed to step up my physical activity. The program is quick and you get a great workout in 30 mins. The staff and coaches are so nice and you feel very comfortable around others that are in the same shape as you. Not a competitive vibe at all. All women. I love how they mix up the routine so it's not predictable and boring. And I sign up for classes so there's accountability. They are willing to discuss a calorie plan and diet tips as well. Love my new gym!!!
