I’ve been going to Fara’s for a couple years now for all of our family car maintenance. They are honest, fast, and friendly. Jay, the shop manager (owner?), really went above and beyond today. I’m in the process of selling my car and I unexpected needed a 2nd SMOG test to complete the transaction. Jay called his SMOG tech back into the shop on his day off all to make my deal happen on a Friday late afternoon. What other shop would do that for a customer? So awesome!
On a very dark and rainy Friday evening, the folks at Fara's were incredibly kind, changing a burned-out headlight even though it was after hours for their garage. I have a long drive home via rural roads, full of deer and other wildlife, so I was very grateful they were willing to help after business hours. Next time I need anything auto-related, I'll be calling Fara's!
