Awesome facility! We boarded our puppy, Slate, while we left town for a few days. He had the best time ever and came home a tired pup! We received regular text updates and pictures from Jen throughout our time away. We will definitely be returning to Kloud 9 for all of our boarding needs. Thanks to Jen and her staff for taking such great care of our fur baby. I highly recommend Kloud 9 to anyone who needs daycare or boarding services.

This place is fabulous. Six years with our dog - we have never needed to board her. After an injury left her needing 24/7 monitoring - and our regular petsitter unable to commit to this for an upcoming trip - we were thrust with the difficult choice of canceling our trip. Upon a recommendation we checked out Kloud 9 and could not have been more impressed! Jen is so knowledgeable and caring and had no hesitation taking on our girl - in spite of her injury, separation anxiety issues, finicky eating, and regimen of medications. Wow! We did a test night and she did great! The 4 nights we were gone - we received regular posts from Jen and that reassured us that all was well. Our girl obviously enjoys this place and loves Jen. She will get another vacate at the ranch at the end of August and I know she will have a great time. I can't recommend this place enough! They will take great care of your fur baby and also take care of you (through posts and photos).

My dog is so happy here! Jen is a delight and I love her quick responses. She sends me pix of my Walter having a great time. My dog gets so excited when we pull up. He has a blast here. Highly recommend.
