Office is well run. Everyone is competent. The first priority is care for the pet. I feel the first suggestions for care are the Cadillac solution. I prefer to start with a phased approach. The vet is willing to do this if asked. Once we were working together on a plan all was fine. In terms of recommending the facility to others it has to be with the recognition that the pet owner should discuss the level of care and not just to the initial suggestion. Costs are high for all care and medicines.

Carmel Valley Veterinary Hospital takes outstanding care of our small geriatric poodle. Dr Bellingham, is especially good at letting us know our options for caring for our pet, and helping us choose the best options. The boarding staff is also great. We board our dog often, and they take excellent care of our dog.

My puppy had a bad GI issue and was very sick, they had two openings on an emergency visit. I was seen right away and got the correct treatments and meds. Stress relieved. Thank you so much!
