This place is amazing! What Diane has created here is special. The trainers, the nutritionists and the other ladies that workout there are top notch. I am an introvert and not comfortable in my own skin. You are not judged here and they make you feel safe. I cannot tell you how much this place is changing me for the better. My trainers are Mel and Alysha and I could not do what I am without them. They are patient and understanding without being condescending. Amanda is my nutritionist and that woman has an amazing amount of patience. She doesn’t give up on you even when you give up on yourself. The support you receive is phenomenal! I highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for an all women's fitness studio with amazing coaches, supportive community and kick a** workouts, this is THE PLACE. Seriously, give it one class , you won't regret it Also, their nutrition training is life changing! #ditchdeprivation

Instructors are not only knowledgeable but they care as well too. The dedication they put into their classes rubs off and you find yourself surrounded in positive energy. They teach the whole mind and body philosophy and it works. Signed up for their 4 week fierce as f$*% boot camp and am excited for what is to come
