Kenny declined to even provide an estimate after he learned that my expectations regarding workmanship were higher than his. I researched the Owens Corning web Site to learn about the shingle I wanted and about what Owens Corning requirements were to have a valid warranty. I included the Owens Corning requirements in my Request for Proposal (estimate) and Kenny responded that he would not be submitting a bid for my re-roofing job (single story home). My conclusion is that putting my requirements in writing is not the way he prefers to do business. Too bad - but I'm glad I found out before hiring him.
