My carpets have never been cleaner than after a Zerorez technician visit. The animal “accidents” are always gone, along with the carpet being protected between cleanings. The technicians, and there have been many over the 14 years, are always kind, caring individuals who are polite when in my home. They are knowledgeable about their product and the different options you have for cleaning carpet, upholstery, etc. I started using Zerorez at my new home after knowing my folks had used them for years as well. Zerorez is the way to go if you want clean carpets and upholstery! Thank you Jordan, at Zerorez!!
Our technician was very knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. He took the time to describe his approach to cleaning each surface. The carpets look completely revived and the tile in the kitchen along with the grout looks brand new.
Jason was great and the company overall was very communicative and flexible with our having to do only the furniture and leave the carpet for another time (due to other work being done on the house).
