I took a morning class here and I liked the cleanliness and ambiance of the studio. The studio is rather small and a bit smaller than I expected. The instructor was nice but I felt a bit underwhelmed and it could be because I'm motivated by people around me and there weren't many in the class - probably five with one of them being myself and a friend. If there were more options for morning and late afternoon classes I would go more since it's near my neighborhood.

I recently had the pleasure of attending Kathryn’s hot yoga class at Yoga Six, and it was an amazing experience! Kathryn is a truly gifted instructor who brings a great deal of passion and expertise to her classes. Her guidance is clear and encouraging, making each pose accessible to yogis of all levels. One standout feature is Kathryn’s playlists—they are absolutely the best, adding the perfect vibe to enhance our practice. The class was challenging yet incredibly rewarding, and I left feeling rejuvenated and more connected with my practice. The studio atmosphere at Yoga Six is welcoming and well-maintained, which further enhances the overall experience. I highly... read full review

I am enjoying my membership at Y6. I've found one teacher and hope to discover more as I continue my membership. It is true to some degree that Yoga Six, being what appears to be a franchise, there is a uniformity to the studio that may put off some yogis who have been to many independent studios, but I look past that and focus on the teachers, the actual studio, and the well-stocked equipment room. As someone already commented, the staff is very membership-driven, asking me almost every time I'm there if I know anyone who might like to join, but that doesn't bother me. And there are very interesting workshops that pop up every month or so.
