I take my daughter here for a special needs yoga class and have joined the class myself on a couple of occasions. What makes this Y6 location special is the owner, Kia, who teaches many of the classes herself. Kia exudes kindness and patience. She works easily with the wide range of abilities and differences among the special needs students. Kia has a small staff of teachers most of whom have been with her for the year plus that we have been clients. All of the staff that I have met are friendly and engaging. The yoga studio is also kept neat and clean. Often, while I wait in the lobby during class time the on-duty staff member will be cleaning the floors and bathrooms.... read full review

I’ve been going to this yoga studio, and I absolutely love it. The owner, Kia, is incredibly friendly and a wonderful teacher.
My daughter attends weekly classes as well. She has special needs, and while I used to feel a bit uncertain about placing her in a regular class, this studio already offers a special class that has been such a perfect fit for her.
What I truly appreciate is that it’s not just about yoga—my daughter feels a real sense of community there, and that means so much to me.

Really glad I found YogaSix Land Park. The space is clean, the classes are well run, and the instructors are genuinely friendly and encouraging. You can tell they care about creating a welcoming environment and meeting people where they’re at.
I also really appreciate the variety of classes- it makes it easy to show up whether I’m in the mood for something more challenging or just need to move and reset. The instructors do a great job offering options, so it never feels intimidating.
