Amazing first class for me. My instructor was Wes. He was very clear with instructions and seemed very connected to the room and how everyone was progressing in class. Cute studio. Beautiful energy. Will definitely be back. Thank you. 😊

Friendly classmates, challenging 70 minute class. Instructor was easy to see and follow. I've never taken classes with so many men before. Some people do random handstands and more difficult poses than the instructions, but to each their own. Be sure and clean your mat well with alcohol before class, I should have done a better job at that. On the hippie side, but what yoga studio in CA isn't? A positive experience.

I absolutely love Vinyasa because it really makes me break a good sweat. The instructors are so kind, and I love the flow of the class. My absolute favorite thing is the practice of gratitude after each session. Love this studio! <3
