She made the entire process feel seamless. She was flexible and proactive — allowing certain things to be inspected and granting extensions to do so --that ultimately led to me receiving an $8,000 credit toward my closing costs. She also helped me find alternative lenders when needed and was always a step ahead to keep everything on track.

Wendy was very attentive and understanding of our needs. Wendy truly works for her clients and for their best interest. She was very thorough and works around the clock to make sure her clients get a home. Even if it’s not the time she will walk through the process and search until the time is right. She never put any type of pressure on us. She was very professional, kind, persistent, consistent, and overall the best! We had an agent prior to her and Wendy is now our agent for life in our future home purchases. OMGosh. We absolutely chose THE BEST real estate agent. We have purchased homes in the past; however, never did we have the attention to detail as we had with Wendy! I am serious. I would find a house and want to look immediately, and this woman was right on point. She would research information, set up a viewing/appointment, and off we’d go. We looked for a few months before she found us the perfect home. We made an offer and had to counter, and Wendy made it happen. We purchased our home and owe it all to Wendy for her hard work and dedication!
