WellSpace Health Rancho Cordova Community Health Center provides healthcare services to its patients. The Nurse Practitioner, Deann, was praised for being wonderful, caring, and thorough. The receptionists, including Julie and Maniel, were helpful in rescheduling appointments and answering questions. Patients can easily make or reschedule appointments, often receiving care quickly; for example, one patient missed an appointment but was able to get a new one within a week over the phone. The center has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with many patients being called quickly in the waiting room. The doctor Sandra Sands, known for her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude, has also contributed to positive experiences. Overall, the center appears to have a mix of positive and negative experiences, but many patients report good care and helpful service.
The woman names Jazmin is so rude I am 24 weeks pregnant and I need to see a doctor!!! She told me I needed a proof of pregnancy before making an appointment! I told her I did and we made an appointment….. 5 min later she calls me back saying my insurance isn’t active. I am willing to pay but she hung up on me so rudely!!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT !!!! They do not make you feel happy about your pregnancy. They make you feel like you aren’t welcomed !!!! They should all just look for a different job !!!!
Too many patients and not enough doctors. The office staff really is unprofessional and rude. My doctor is fantastic, though very rushed. My husband's is difficult. Getting appointments is hard. Getting anyone one the phone is impossible. Appointments get canceled, treated as general times. Today they called for his appointment a full hour before the scheduled time and when we needed to actually meet at the appointment time due to being in the middle of a different appointment, they never called. People are here because they have no choice. If choices were available they'd choose a place that didn't treat people like numbers.
I’ve been waiting weeks for an appointment, which was supposed to be today. I got a voicemail earlier this morning that told me the doctor would be out of office today, so they’re canceling my appointment, and they left a service number to call and reschedule. Well I called to reschedule, and that person told me they didn’t have anything until April, and that appointment was over the phone. Waiting 2 months to be seen for a medical issue is frankly unacceptable. If you cannot handle the patient load you already have, do not accept new patients.
