So inconsistent that theyre pointless. I have no idea if my therapist is good at their job. Due to the scheduling dept I have seen my therapist 4 times in a year and am supposed to see them once every two weeks. After initial intake all scheduling availability went out the window. I tried getting in contact with scheduling person for two months without success. For mental health this is unacceptable. Thumbs down.

102523 talked to receptionist julie and stated i didnt recieve an email regarding pin for wellspace portal. I cant check information on my 5 yr old or surveys for wellspace.Dha not excepting calls or have you waiting more than 30 minutes with no call back. DHA would also ask the option of an call back of 30 minutes, yet no call back. Sac County would send over payment letter and no response from DHA regarding the payment.022024 wellspace Dental receptionist Maniel calls to reschedule my son dental appoint on march the 1st 2024. He stated that they made an mistake. The next available apointment was for april 2nd 2024.

The front desk staff is always rude and the doctors don’t have appointments for more than 3 months. I stopped by several times a didn’t get appointments as I needed for my family
