I came to WellSpace Immediate Care around 8:30 AM and waited until approximately 12:00 PM to be seen. When my turn finally came, I felt that the staff did not follow the order in which patients were waiting and that other patients were taken ahead of me.
Waiting for several hours is already frustrating, but feeling that my place in line was not respected made the experience extremely disappointing. I understand that urgent care can be busy and that emergencies may affect the order, but I expected clearer communication and fair treatment.

One of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve had in California. I waited nearly three hours just to see a doctor for a routine medication refill. There was no reasonable explanation for such an excessive wait. Patients deserve better communication, better time management, and more respect for their time. Very disappointing experience.
I recently went to The wellspace On Marconi Avenue I was extremely satisfied regarding the staff there. They listened, they were patient. They were understanding and they took the time to talk to me. The office was also very clean. I highly recommend this Wellspace office
