Great location. Bigger then most welsspace centers, and more staff and drs. Have an er window and an appt window. Does walk ins where you can get seen if their are any no shows/cancellations. Little to no wait time for appointments.
My appointment at WellSpace was scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 10:10 AM. around 9:00 AM, I received a call saying that my appointment had been canceled. During the call, I was told that they would reschedule my appointment, but then they said their system was down and they could not schedule a new appointment at that time.
They told me that once their system was working again, they would call me back within an hour to reschedule my appointment. I waited for over an hour but did not receive any call back. Dr Tiffany is compassionate and quick with her service. She's the best medical practitioner I've talked to in a month (I've had a lot of visits around Placer and Sac with nurses and doctors not following the correct medical policies and possibly discriminating against me).
