Yes, I always have an amazing experience at water rite products. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. They will help you. They are very nice and everybody is very insightful if they don't know and you don't know they'll help you figure it out.

I've been going here for solutions to difficult plumbing issues for several years. Thankfully only once every few years. They have difficult to find pieces for my house and spa. They are helpful, be patient, most plumbing issues should be well planned and properly executed.

I was a bit apprehensive about going into this plumbing store today as my past experience with their employees have usually been negative. But today was totally different. Jason was soft-spoken, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my interaction with him. Thank you Jason....keep up your good work. I hope they treat you well. If they don't, you should have no problems finding a good paying customer service job elsewhere.
