Thank you Water Heaters Only!!! My water heater went out, it was over 12 yrs old. I decided it was time to replace it. After discussing my situation with Water Heaters Only, John, the technician, came out and blessed my home with a new water heater. I'm so grateful to have hot water again. Summary: my heater went out, Paul did some quick research, then referred me to the right place. Two phone calls later, my water heater is now fixed through a recall notice without me having to pay for anything. According to the tech, I could expect another 5 years on my water heater and when that time comes, I'm going straight to Paul.

Incredible service from Paul M. He promptly responded to my request through Yelp and got on the phone with me to troubleshoot. Gave me some ideas to isolate the problem myself since I was comfortable disconnecting the hot and cold water lines. Led to a fix that would have cost thousands of dollars (I went in to the conversation assuming I'd need a whole new water heater). Great to know there are friendly people like Paul out there willing to spend some time on the phone to help out a guy in need. I will absolutely keep this company in mind for all future water heater needs and would encourage others to reach out to them if needed.
