Vista Vet has been absolutely exceptional. They diagnosed my dog’s elusive illness after months of uncertainty and have provided outstanding, compassionate care ever since. When I ran low on one of her special medications, Nicole went above and beyond by personally contacting my pharmacy to ensure it was filled quickly. Their kindness extends beyond medical care as well- they sent a beautiful handwritten sympathy card when our senior dog passed away and have always taken wonderful care of our other pets. I am incredibly grateful for this team and cannot recommend Vista Vet highly enough.
Super helpful and caring. Not enjoyable to do a midnight rush to the vet, but Vista is so wonderful that they make the process less overwhelming and I knew my puppy was in great hands. They were responsive and very thorough in helping ask questions and soliciting input to diagnose and treat.
The follow-up is also wonderful and a complete step above most vet experiences.
While I hope you never need an emergency vet, if you do, this is the place to go!
I was very impressed by the facility and staff. i also feel this is the best emergency vet hospital in Sacramento. I think there could be some improvement with the front desk staff in terms of customer interface skills, but they warmed up as they got to know me.
