Huge thanks to this team. Even though it’s clear the USDA has been hit hard by layoffs and they’re stretched thin, they fixed a paperwork error by my vet that would’ve made me miss my flight and the cost would’ve been eye watering. One of the staff vets said she loves helping people and she truly meant it. Thank you, Dr. Starzel.

It’s easy to focus on what’s not working in government agencies, but moments like this remind you there are real people inside who genuinely care. Thank you from my family (my cat included!) for coming thru when it mattered most.

Herman the real GOAT! I was planning to move back to China and I have two cats so I need to send the health certificate to the office to get endorsed, but my vet made a mistake on cats’ color and it needs to be corrected, so the certificate cannot be mailed back to me on time. My flight is 23:50 on 4/9/2024, so I decided to fly to Sacramento from LA and pick up all the stuffs myself. I got up 2am to get to the airport and fly to Sacramento in the morning. And when I get the office, they told me that my vet made another mistake. I was almost freaking out.
