Initially i was going to really give this store location a zero.l because i initially asked for assistance it took a long time for someone to asst me . I was lost. I had questions. Then breanna came with soonges ready to try on make up. Oh goodness she was sooo helpful and patient. We tried and played in the makeup. She suggested things and answer Ll my questions.... Thank yiu soo much sweetie you were amazing.

Customers service was great. However my hair service was not a professional job in my personal opinion.On 03/20/24 my appointment was for two strand twist with my natural hair and extensions on the ends. When I called to ask for a refund, about 30 mins after leaving Ulta, because my twist was already unraveling and falling out. I was told by a manager that I had to come back in for the stylist to redo my style. Mind you this style shouldn't take no more than 2 hrs. 6 hrs later my results were.... Not what I expected at all. Huge sture with probably thousand of beauty items. A woman or man for that matter can spend hundred of dollars before they now it.. disappointed that they don't stock retired Estée Lauder markups and lotions.
