TRC did an incredible job on my HVAC replacement. Their pricing was great and their service was top notch. In addition to the new HVAC system they adjusted my ductwork to provide airflow to a bedroom for the first time in over 20 years. They modified the air intake to a standard size so that I could get rid of the “washable “ permanent filter and use standard heavy duty filters. Three companies quoted replacing my whole house fan which I mentioned wasn’t working. TRC checked it out and replaced a controller box for a fraction of the cost. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. These folks are terrific.
Another great service experience. A couple years ago needed a gas water heater replaced. Wanted to go with a hybrid. Looked at the SMUD rebates and list of SMUD contractors.
I got three bids. TRC was the best price of the three--in one instance by about $2,000 less. (Don't know that that one contractor was thinking--it was essentially the same job with the same/comparable heater).
Needed to replace another water heater--again wanted a hybrid to replace a gas water heater. Contacted TRC. They were responsive, found the best rebate scenario, and showed up when scheduled.
I highly recommend TRC.
We called TRC the day after our AC stopped blowing out cold air. We were able to speak with the woman at the off hours dispatch desk and she put in our order right away. We received a call that we could be fit in that same day, which was great. Yuriy was the technician who came out and he was great. Super quick, very professional, very friendly. He gave us some tips on maintaining our AC unit, which was appreciated. He cleaned up the unit as well, which was super kind as it was near 100 that day. We would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to others.
