Though they did take way longer than quoted, I felt good about everything, and they gave me a 3 year warranty on a rebuilt transmission. But within 300 miles (some months since I don’t drive it much) it started making a whine. I’ve been trying to make an appointment, telling them why, for a month. I’ve been calling several times a week and they keep telling me they will give the person in charge my messages, or that they gave him my message and he will call back. Before calling the shop I always look at reviews, This shop had pretty good reviews -1, So I thought I would call and see how much they would charge me for a complete rebuild. Normally going to a dealership I would have to spend at least $4800 on a new transmission Alex was very kind and walked me through the Process. In every piece that he was going to replace. I saved over $3000 taking my car to the shop and I got a warranty. I have had my car a very long time and I'm very happy but now my car can go fast Again I would definitely recommend this shop. Amazing Service, I'm a woman, which is never good going to a shop. My car was towed in, which was even better. I have to talk to at least 11 transmission shops in the Sacramento area, This shop was able to give me an affordable price for a complete rebuilt transmission with a warranty they even did my diagnostic for free. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone especially a woman who who is always lied to by mechanics to try to make more money. I'm definitely grateful because I am a single mother and I need my car to go to work definitely going to be baking some cookies for this shop...
