There was a pending recall for my Honda accord hybrid. I first approached a Honda dealer near my home. On the scheduled day I was told that I had to empty the gas tank or they can't service my car. I had to cancel it. I called Future Honda and spoke with Glen. He assured me that there was no need to empty the tank and setup an appointment immediately. 100 out of five stars if possible. I was called earlier this week to inquire about oil change services and it just so happened I need one. I don't remember her name but she booked me an appointment that fit within my schedule. The great service just didn't stop there. When I arrived I was on a little bit of a time crunch and Chris Bishop and his team did everything in their power to provide exceptional service and get me out on time. Furthermore, he informed me my brakes needed replacing and he explained everything to me thoroughly. I have a future appointment set based on the service that was provided.
