Avoid this place at all costs. What they call “treatment” was nothing more than a basic 30‑minute needling session—just a few areas, rushed, and absolutely not worth the outrageous price they charged. On top of that, they tacked on hidden fees for services that were never explained and never performed.
When I asked for a refund, the situation went from bad to unbelievable. They stalled, dodged, and dragged the process out, only to demand that I physically come into the office to pick up a paper check instead of issuing a simple credit card refund or mailing it. It felt intentionally inconvenient, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.
This was a nightmare from beginning to end. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values transparency, professionalism, and actual patient care.
