I learned the hard way that all of these negative reviews about rudeness and unprofessionalism are true. It was with great pleasure that I told them off, even though that means I will now have to drive my lamp to San Francisco instead. If it's really so difficult to behave like a professional, get the hell out of business and take your nonsense elsewhere. This business deserves to fail.

Very rude and snarky customer service from Tina. They don't have regular hours so my communication her was all texting and so much get lost in texting. There wasn't an opportunity to make an appointment which would be more efficient since I could ask any questions rather than having to text back and forth. Evidently they either don't need the business or don't don't give a darn about providing good customer service.
