After I sent him the photo he gave me a recommendation of what I could try to do to fix the problem. I was able to get the valve unstuck with the information he gave me. I am so impressed with this company. He could have come out and charged me to fix it, but he first wanted to give me helpful information so that I could try to fix it myself.
