5 stars for the service I received when I did the sleep study there. I had the best tech ever! Funny and makes you feel comfortable. I want to say his name was Dave but I can’t remember exactly. Older nice gentleman. Thanks again for the great talks and fun music! I enjoyed your lullaby!

Side note it is impossible to get through by phone with them. It takes about an hour for someone to pick up I’m not sure why. I also been waiting over two weeks for the results so I can finally order my machine and I’m still waiting. Other than that great place.

Impossible to speak to anybody on the phone to schedule. Finally got scheduled (online) and my in-lab sleep study was cancelled 5 hours before I was supposed to show up after taking time off work for this. No availability for another 2 weeks after waiting months for this appointment.

They don't call back. They don't answer the phones. if you are "lucky" someone will answer the phone after being on hold for 25 minutes. The woman on the phone was rude. I have worked in health care for 40 years in major hospitals and clinics . I have never experienced anything like this before.
