I had an approval on 6/29 left message to get an appointment almost a month later still no return call my provider has tried calling I have now called my insurance and started a grievance this is extremely unprofessional I need the care but no one responds.

My daughter's referral has been in the system since February. I have yet to receive a call. I have been calling close to daily and keep getting the same voicemail. I tried calling Sutter customer support and they too can can't get more than the voicemail which nobody returns the calls from. This lack of responsiveness and inability to get an appointment scheduled is beyond ridiculous!

5 stars for the service I received when I did the sleep study there. I had the best tech ever! Funny and makes you feel comfortable. I want to say his name was Dave but I can’t remember exactly. Older nice gentleman. Thanks again for the great talks and fun music! I enjoyed your lullaby!

Side note it is impossible to get through by phone with them. It takes about an hour for someone to pick up I’m not sure why. I also been waiting over two weeks for the results so I can finally order my machine and I’m still waiting. Other than that great place.
