Great experience! Shun (technician) always arrived on the early end of the service window. Very knowledgeable and polite/pleasant to work with. Explained his procedures and answered all my questions, as well as providing tips to help me best use the system. This was a Home Warranty repair, so we had to work with that, but he did his best to get the most out of it. Shout out to Erin in the front office. She was very pleasant and helpful as well! I would absolutely recommend Superior for your HVAC needs.
Shun was awesome. Firstly, he correctly diagnosed the problem. Secondly, he worked with my watery company to get it taken care. Thirdly, he replaced the system. He and his team were efficient, quick, and responsive. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
