I am personally not a big fan of Stanton, but I broke my glasses and desperate times call for desperate measures so I opted to go to one a little further away to try it out. I was not feeling hopeful when it took 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen by anyone (I was greeted and checked in as soon as I arrived so that was nice) when I finally got back to get my eye exam I was disappointed to see that it was a virtual optometrist. I am really sick of not being able to have an in person appointment. I don’t want to go out of my way to go to an appointment where the doctor doesn’t even have to do the same. The walk in service here is phenomenal!! Very insightful and knowledgeable staff that was there was gentle and supportive to my discussions! Quick, affordable, and an easy process.
Tynisa was very outstanding! Going above and beyond for me to accomplish having glassware that day!! Even with the unexpected changes that accrued her prioritizing decision making skills, and patience under pressure for all tasks that were happen in that time made this experience unforgettable!
