The facilities and coordination was very considerate and organized. I wish there accessible restrooms for families so they can visit their love ones. There are portable restrooms but they are really bad. Please consider making a restroom areas. Thank you

I was so blessed to have Rebecca to help me through this difficult time in my life. She was so compassionate, professional and she didn’t miss a single detail. I trust this organization with my loved one from start to finish. It’s rare to find such professionalism with the level of compassion shown to me. I will never forget what they did for me. They made the difference and gave my loved one dignity as we laid him to rest. God Bless.

I recently lost my mother and chose St. Mary for her final services. The staff here were absolutely wonderful and caring in every aspect of my mother's care. They made my family feel welcomed and provided a warm and caring atmosphere. The services they provided were the very best and I am more than happy we selected this location. Having the option to pre-purchase has prompted me to make and pay for my final plans now.

While the customer service during my brother’s burial and funeral arrangements was truly excellent and compassionate, our experience since then has been deeply upsetting. On multiple occasions, our family has visited his gravesite only to find that items we thoughtfully placed there—decorations and personal memorials—had been removed and thrown away by the groundskeepers.
We understand and appreciate the cemetery’s efforts to maintain the grounds and keep the site clean, and we are fully aware that rules and regulations exist. We have made efforts to follow them. However, some actions feel unjustifiable. For example, a temporary stone headstone was not allowed and was removed, leaving his gravesite completely empty. The headstone is non-porous and was placed on his designated space. This is only one example of the times and objects that were removed from his site.
This has been incredibly painful for our family and feels deeply disrespectful, especially while we are still grieving. Leaving meaningful items at his gravesite is one of the few ways we honor and feel connected to him. While maintenance is important, there should also be compassion and respect for families who leave objects to remember their loved ones.
I truly hope management reevaluates these policies and improves communication so grieving families are treated with greater sensitivity and understanding.

Our loved one was laid to rest in mid April and they have not completed/engraved the niche marker with her name. We have called or emailed Beda, our contact there, numerous times and other than forward our email to someone who also never followed up, nothing has been done and it STILL is not completed 9 months later. Terrible follow-up and accountability.

During this difficult time, St Mary's cemetery and funeral center took great care of my father's services. Very professional and made things easier than expected.

This review is for my mom's funeral arrangements last Nov 22 2025, in particular with funeral manager assigned to us. The family is not very happy with how the initial meeting went as there were mistakes in the contract, though rectified later after many calls and emails.
