I booked them on the spot and it was seamless from that moment forward. MM Beauty provided an online portal where I could view correspondence and payment information. They provided tip sheets and reminders. And they asked for input on what we wanted as far as hair and makeup looks. There was constant communication. Our artists, Vanessa and Nami, came to my house with everything ready to go, and both ladies were professional perfectionists, ensuring me and my gals looked and felt our very best. We are a bunch of middle-aged women; youth was not on our side, but these pros did wonders for us! I'll admit, I was a little nervous wondering if anyone was going to be able to live up to the wonderful artist who did our hair and makeup back in May, but my fear was for not. Vanessa and Nami were wonderful! True artists!“

“I have been going to Ari for about a year now. I started seeing Ari initially for sugaring in order to get my brows back to even. Ari helped even out my brows and worked with me to grow out certain areas. The sugaring doesn't cause any skin irritation or breakouts. I'm in love with my brows now and I look forward to going back to get them freshened up. In addition to sugaring, I have done a few facials with Ari. I have done the Hydro facial and the Hybrid skin therapy facial. Both have felt really good and my skin is immediately glowing after. All of the products Ari uses seem to be of excellent quality, and Ari is very educated on skincare and skincare products. Ari Esthetic is located in a really cute older building that looks like a former residence. Ari's room is decorated really nice and the treatment bed/table is really comfortable. “Artisan East (they have a storefront across Riverside also) is very close by to my mom's place so decided to schedule an appointment for her since her regular hairdresser had retired.

We didn't initially have a preference for stylists and got really lucky picking Linda Nguyen based on availability, and have since both become regular customers of hers. She has done a great job with the cuts and styles so highly recommend her.

The salon itself is very serene with their own parking lot and a small number of cutting stations, mani-pedi area, massage area, and other things you expect for a full-service spa.

I was running a few minutes behind and gave them a call to let them know, and they were so kind and understanding. That made me want to be a repeat customer before I'd even had my service! They provide a robe, slippers, snacks, and water while you wait. Rebecca made sure to find out my problem areas and what I was looking for, and the facial itself was heavenly. She massages you (I've been to others who don't so I appreciate this!) while certain face masks sit and you can feel her good vibes flowing. My face always feels new after some time with her. “I come every month to do my facial. I still consider myself a newbie to skin care. In my 50's and trying to keep my skin youthful. I have large pores, oily skin, brown marks and white spots under my eyes. Erica is very knowledgeable and educates me on products and how my skin can benefit. My brown marks are lightening up, white spots gone and the crater holes I had from teenage acne days are minimized to some being gone. Over time and the follow through at home has made a big difference in my skin. One day I was running late 20 minutes she still took me in and did not make me feel bad. Another thing Erica does is have a list for you of all the products she will be using. She uses different products each time. And she stays on top of her game learning the most recent techniques and latest products. I do recommend her however I just want to keep her to my self.“
