“I had originally approached Jenna to treat my teenage son and daughter for acne. However Jenna didn't stop at just acne, she tailored an overall custom skincare routine for each kid, and her charges were consistent regardless of what how many methods were used to combat my kids various seasonal/hormonal changes. For example my daughter had some broken capillaries on her face, and she was able to resolve the issue within one visit, w/o any extra charges. My kids both have monthly visits with Jenna for almost a year now, and their skin can't thank her enough. Not to mention the skincare education she helps promote. Sometimes the mom sounds like a broken record. So it is good I have one less thing to nag the kids about.“

“I was incredibly impressed! They very much live up to the "all bodies welcome" mission. The reception seating had no arms on the chairs, giving plenty of space for those that need extended seating. The meditation room had a large leather sofa, had various types of drink, and snacks (the amenities of a high-end spa). The robes were made to include all body types. The salon rooms all had furniture to accommodate larger bodies and handrails for safety. The spa services were luxurious, tailored to your specific needs, and were affordable. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. The location is not ideal, but once you enter, you feel like you've been transported to another spot. I will definitely be back, and I will be bringing more friends.“

Her private room is serene and calming, the massage table was incredibly comfortable with a relaxing pulsating massage running down my back and legs. She was very sociable and kind, but also left me for some private moments to fully relax - the perfect bedside manner mix of both engaging while being respectful. Viviana walked me through the skincare step she was about to take and what she was using, which is always appreciated (especially for my first time and new sensations). I felt very understood in terms of my desired outcomes and skin concerns. She was very educational in her recommendations and throughout her assessment and remedying of my current state. Mariya is super knowledgeable and gentle. She has such a calming vibe about her that I really enjoy. “Oh boy, where do I even begin with the so-called "massage" I had the misfortune of experiencing? If you're in the market for a good ol' torture session masquerading as a relaxing massage, then this place is a dream come true. Just be prepared to walk out feeling more tense and sore than ever before!From the moment I laid down on that ominous-looking table, I knew I was in for a rough ride. The masseuse seemed to have taken inspiration from medieval torture devices, rather than the soothing techniques of a trained professional. Their hands felt like hot pokers digging into my muscles, leaving me wondering if I had unwittingly signed up for a punishment instead of a massage.I foolishly requested a gentle Swedish massage, but what I received can only be described as a blend of aggressive kneading and bone-crushing pressure. Forget relaxation and tension relief; my body felt like it was being put through a grinder. At times, I was convinced I would emerge from the session as a contortionist, thanks to the bizarre contortions the masseuse attempted to force upon me.As if the physical pain wasn't enough, the atmosphere was equally dreadful. Instead of soothing music and calming scents, I was serenaded by a cacophony of clattering dishes from the neighboring café and the occasional siren wailing outside. Ah, yes, nothing says tranquility like the ambiance of a construction site.To add insult to injury, the masseuse didn't seem to have the faintest clue about basic anatomy. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure my neck isn't supposed to twist at such unnatural angles. At one point, I half-expected them to start practicing their chiropractic skills on me. Sadly, no such luck.All in all, if you have a sadistic streak or a burning desire to experience intense discomfort, then this massage joint might just be your idea of paradise. As for the rest of us seeking relaxation and relief, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. Save your hard-earned money for an actual massage that won't leave you contemplating a trip to the emergency room.“
