Amazing customer service! I called about getting a replacement part for my washing machine, but instead of telling me the price, they patiently walked me through how to fix it over the phone! Our washer gave us an error code right in the middle of running a load of laundry. I called Southside Appliances and Damian was able to schedule to come see us same day. He showed up within the estimated window, was courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain each step of the process and solved the laundry problem quickly. He is an honest businessman and guarantees his work (6 month warranty). Also love that he is running a family business, it's important to support local businesses! I plan to keep his business card handy for any future repair needs in my house. Thanks Damian!
