Amazing customer service! I called about getting a replacement part for my washing machine, but instead of telling me the price, they patiently walked me through how to fix it over the phone! Turns out it was just a sock stuck in the drain pump and I never would have checked that. Thank you Southside Appliance Repair!

*!!!ATTENTION: THIS BUSINESS RIPS PEOPLE OFF AND SCAMS THEM FOR THEIR UNITS!!!*Like a used car salesman! I try to support local businesses, but this is unacceptable. To jerryrig a repair, then charge almost 200 dollars for a "defective switch", when it turns out to be the timer! They depend on the customer to be clueless and choose to take advantage of people. Instead of being thorough and honest, they try to convince people to switch out their appliance for one of theirs, when the fix is cheap. Most fixes are WAY BELOW their 70 dollar visiting fee. For the future people, DON'T USE THEM!

Our washer gave us an error code right in the middle of running a load of laundry. I called Southside Appliances and Damian was able to schedule to come see us same day. He showed up within the estimated window, was courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain each step of the process and solved the laundry problem quickly. He is an honest businessman and guarantees his work (6 month warranty). Also love that he is running a family business, it's important to support local businesses! I plan to keep his business card handy for any future repair needs in my house. Thanks Damian!

Good customer service but as a company you have to bring your own tools. I noticed my washer machine is still off balance. I called and someone was supposed to come back out to fix it haven’t heard from this company.

I am here as testimony for South Side Appliance. When I first moved to Sacramento in 2000, I needed a washer and dryer. That is when I found Southside on Broadway. I purchased washer and dryer, it was very reasonable I have never had any problems with any appliance and I've had Refrigerators, and I have referred many many people, to where his place was at. Because he's in a very good spot, where people can't really miss his place if they just go down Broadway! I would recommend anyone to go to Southside and you don't have to worry about anything breaking down because it's used. They're used appliances, make you feel like the appliances are brand new. It's just the price is reasonable. And he delivers. Like I said, I'd recommend him to anybody that needed an appliance, that's my backing!! If anyone needs appliance you would want to go to Southside first, that would be the only place you end up going. I just had to let all people know how blessed I was to even find Southside. All my appliances in my house have come from Southside and still working. It's been years since I've been back there because nothing breaks down. I just say if you're in need, you go to South Side. You will be satisfied with his prices and pleased, with his merchandise. Thanks for letting me share this with you.Juanita??????

I was in a tough spot, having to replace a washer/dryer set for a spot that I don't even own, but Damian at Southside Appliances was able to hook me up with a new set at a reasonable price. They even helped install the unit and haul away the old one. It helped turn a very stressful experience a simple one, and Damian himself is a total sweetheart. Thanks for everything.
