Updated for 2024! My family has now been taking animals to this facility for years - since 2014! When we first started coming here, we primarily had Dr. Chapman as our vet, but over time we saw Dr. Sangani more and more. A word of advice: the older reviews for the Dr. that talk about rudeness or lack of bedside manner weren't dishonest - /then/. Since 2014 Dr. Sangani has become our *favorite vet*, his manner of speaking and explaining things to people has become so much more welcoming, understanding and patient. Dr. Sagani... Exceptional. Only word I can think of.
On my first visit It was very difficult for me to allow someone else to take my boy in their arms and walk away with him into the clinic.
Since that first visit I have to say I become more comfortable with allowing them because I believe them that they're going to take the best care of my boy.
The staff is friendly, attentive I got to say this is the best veterinarian I've ever been to.
The doctor and the staff are awesome.

I have been taking my pup here for years. Tried a closer VCA vet once and they were pretty terrible and costly. Southgate feels like a local vet that genuinely cares about their clients and their pets. And fair pricing. Love them.
