Just wanted to say, the staff are very kind and took good care of my senior mom while she had an appointment. She was waiting to be picked up and she was treated like a family member while she waited. They went above and beyond to help her.

I have been getting my hair colored and syled there for a number of years by a woman named Jackie. She is the best. Not only is she the best hair stylist ever I have a disability and I have a hard time getting up and down on the chair and other things. She is always there to lend me a helping hand if need be. That makes 10 to me.

I went in as a walk-in. Two ladies were busy with female customers and a man was working on a male customer. One of the ladies looked up and asked, "Can I help you?" in an irritated manner. I told her I was a walk-in and wanted a shampoo and haircut. She said alright and take a seat. About 5 minutes later, the other lady came and got me. So the whole experience was just ok, but there were 3 things that kind of bothered me. First, the lady didn't converse with me much, which was fine by me.
