Double back-Bull ish company. Letting go of 500+ $ by recalling two hair appointments. Keep that $100+ from me. Calling the day before the appt. Get you life. You called a day before you knew the status of one head.

I got singles done recently. I called before booking online and was quoted $300 after describing what I wanted (including the small, but not micro, size). On their website, the service I chose indicated a six hour completion time with no caveats and that was part of the reason I chose this salon. When booking three weeks in advance, I noted that I wanted #2 color hair with some #30 color in the front, at bra length. At my appointment time, I was seated timely, but the braiding didn’t actually start until 30 minutes later even though multiple employees were just milling around when I arrived 15 minutes early. I was then told they had no #2 hair so I had to settle for #1B. I started out with two braiders working on my head, but sometime after starting, one of the braiders left to work on someone else and didn’t return to me for at least four hours. In the meantime, I was left with a very nice girl who did a good job but was incredibly slow. As we neared the six hour mark, the second braider finally returned. I asked how much we had left and was told three more hours. Apparently, the timeframe quoted on their website is based on having two braiders working on a customer, but if it’s busy, you won’t get that level of service. So basically, the time listed online is a crapshoot at best and a lie at worst. Also, because they were somehow running low on #1B hair, they added #30 throughout and barely added any to the front as I had requested. In the end, the braids looked very nice. But there are so many, I can’t pull them back into a ponytail or any updo, which is an annoyance and contributed to the extended braiding time. I have no idea why they chose to braid my hair this densely (my hair is not particularly thick). When they finally finished after 8 1/2 hours, I was quoted $350 (the max for back length singles) instead of $300 “because of the size”. To be fair, I did tweak my request to have my braids slightly longer than bra length, but I never changed the size I originally described and my braids were far from the smallest size possible. It seems odd to be charged the max when the braids could have been smaller and longer. An additional $20 might have been justified but not $50, especially given the other issues I mentioned. Then, to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me an additional $10 for using an extra bag of hair. Apparently, this service only comes with four bags of hair, which isn’t mentioned on their website. Additionally, I never asked them to add this many braids or made any special requests that required that much hair. It was entirely their fault that they exceeded four bags, but they tried to pass the cost on to me. After I complained, she reduced the extra fee to $5 instead of eliminating it completely. Then she had the audacity to look at me funny when I declined to tip (at this point, I was paying $55 more than I anticipated for service that did not meet expectations.)
TLDR: If you would like to spend more time and money than you intend to for an end product that, while beautiful, is not quite what you expected or asked for, book your appointment today! I, on the other hand, will not be back.

I wouldn't recommend Rosie to do any kids hair braid to tight!!!! My baby hair has bumps with blood coming out her hair and lose of hair very disappointed also waste of money I paid 110 for this an it hasn't even been a month. Wouldn't come again.. They were very impatient when I wanted to confirm the correct pricing..
