I have used SHECan2 for several home improvement projects, including a total bathroom remodel, a collapsed deck repair and repair of a water damaged ceiling. I have found Kim and Company to be thorough and extremely professional, providing a detailed project estimate addressing all costs, materials and labor before any work begins. Earlier this month SheCan2 completed a renovation of a room above my garage. It was an unusual project, a structure created by a prior owner to house a telescope with its cement base in the the garage below. The structure had become very dilapidated, the window glass long gone and the frames falling apart so that the elements were taking their toll on the interior, the exterior siding flaking and rotting in some areas. It was a close call whether to opt for renovation or demolition. I am very glad SHEcan2 was willing to take it on because in a much shorter amount of time than I imagined possible they restored it to a functional space for office or gym that is not only structurally sound but also very attractive inside and out. From the start Terri and her staff had a clear vision of what could be done at reasonable expense to rescue it. Communication was excellent throughout the process.
